I need legal advice on guy 19 preg 15 girl and now baby is here and he does not want to go to jail for?

statutory rape so he is playing the part he moved her in and he is not happy how can he be with his child legally without going to jail for statutory rape and be a good dad like 6 months out of the year?I need legal advice on guy 19 preg 15 girl and now baby is here and he does not want to go to jail for?
Legally he can't do anything. The proof is there that he had sex with a minor (the baby is 100% proof).

But, if the relationship isn't working out then all he can do is discuss it with the girl and her parents. Maybe come to some agreement about child support and visitation. And then he can cross his fingers and hope that they don't decide to press charges.I need legal advice on guy 19 preg 15 girl and now baby is here and he does not want to go to jail for?
You can't ';play the part'; of being a dad for ';6 months a year'; and be a GOOD dad.

Being a GOOD dad takes being a dad 365 days a year and 24 hours a day and doing the best job of it that you can do.

I can't give you any legal advice but...what was it Beretta used to say: ';If you can't do the time don't do the crime...';

You're stuck, Bud, pack your bag for prison, that's why we have laws, as a nation of laws, so this doesn't happen, and if it does society gets to exercise its right to punish the offense against the 15 year old child and society.
he can't; you play you pay
If he didn't want to go to jail, he shouldn't have nailed a 15 year old. Only a loser would want to date someone that young.
if he shows attachment to the child and a committment to support the child and mother by finance or by staying together then this will be part of his mitigation.
Depends on your state law. They are different. In Texas there is an exception to the law, if they guy is I think 4 years or less age difference between the girl and she wanted him also then he is not prosecuted. Search the internet for State statutory rape law.
She would have to list unknown father and have it proved later via DNA test that he is the father and added to the birth certificate. Once she is 18 or 19 I do not believe charges can be filed on the father of the child. On that one it may be wise to consult an attorney just for clarification, which shouldn't cost too much.
Build a time machine; go back and then do not sleep with an underage girl.

Other than that, you may well be in the same position that you put the 15 year old girl in very shortly, if you know what I mean. LOL
There's no such thing as being a good dad six months of the year. He should not have sex with minors. I do not care whether he is happy or not - should have thought things through before bringing a child into the world.
