How do you know you're on a REX 84 list? Or that one exists? REX 84 was a military exercise in 1984 for detaining large numbers of people during civil unrest. I think political pundits found out about it and valid questions on civil liberties were raised. If there is a list, I doubt the military would acknowledge it. If you found it, contact Fox News!
