I NEED LEGAL ADVICE ON THE PROPERTY I BOUGHT IN BANGLORE.?
The sale purchase agreement signed by both parties %26amp; attested by the Indian Consulate in Dubai (Notral power) will not give you the ownership of the property in dispute. The Titles of this property still exist in the name of the original owner who entered in agreement to sell this property to you. There is no sale deed with regard to this property nor there is any change in title with regard to this property in your favor which is possible when the sale deed get properly registered with the legal authority/registrar responsible for the Registration of the property under the provisions of the enactment made for the place where it is located. Considering all these facts in this case I feel you are still in square no # 1 from where you started, just take this sale agreement document to the person who gave to %26amp; return it after taking your money back from them, if they refuse then ask them to come along with you to India %26amp; get the property transferred in your favor by proper procedure not like they did while sitting in Dubai. Even the power of attorney which they may have given to you may not be acceptable by the Registrar %26amp; he may require the presence of the seller before he register the Sale Deed thereby transfering the title of the property in your favour. I know all of my replies in this forum are specifically blunt that these make people asking them annoyed as they are only looking for flowery replies which I as a Lawyer cannot give but tell only the correct legal position with regard to their case %26amp; facts.I NEED LEGAL ADVICE ON THE PROPERTY I BOUGHT IN BANGLORE.?

Ask Police/ Advcates for help. If you have good friends who are Police/ Advocates then its fine otherwise even thoe people can charge good amount of money. Dont try to use any muscle power without having a good legal advisor suppoting you.
This question might give you 10000 options and u may find urself confused. Try to hire some lawyer through ur good contacts. If the lawyer is reliable u can ask him fo a way of compromise...
Apparently, you have entered into an agreement and title is still with the previous owner.
First of all get title transferred in your name by duly registered document.
Thereafter, you can take appropriate legal recourse.
You certainly need to hire a lawyer in this case. Sitting tight would only worsen the issue.
