Legal advice on paternity testing please?

alright so my son has not been born yet but will be in about 7 weeks.

the father recently, about 2 days ago, claimed he was not the father.

i am afraid by the time the baby is born i will not be able 2 contact him or find him. there are a lot of circumstances that lead me to believe he was lying about his name and a lot of other stuff. i want him tested to prove he is the father because if he is not going to be there i want him to pay, but like i said, i am afraid he will be no where to be found. what should i do?Legal advice on paternity testing please?
You would have to check with DSS, but you may be able to have a paternity test court-ordered upon the birth of your son. Then if he skips out, he'll be in contempt. You really need to see a social worker and find out what your options are.Legal advice on paternity testing please?
Sounds like these are the kind of questions you should really take the time to find out before you let someone impregnate you.

If you don't know his real name, you're probably SOL - and any good lawyer he gets will see that that's the case. If you do know his real name, you can request that he be tested, but you'll have some trouble ';Ordering'; it.
Why would he lie about his name? What other stuff? You must have known him for at least 7 months. Why are you just questioning this now? Most people that lie about their name, do it because they have warrants or a criminal history. If I was having his baby, I'd damn make sure who he was. Go to the police. Explain the situation. Do not make it seem like it's all about paying child support, they won't help you. He might already have DNA evidence on record under whatever his real name is. You can not force a person to DNA testing, but if it is already on file you might be able to use that.

If he plans on being gone, he's gonna be gone. Get used to it now. Even if they prove he's daddy, doesn't mean you'll get a dime from him.

You only talked about money and I hate that. What are you going to tell your baby when he's old enough to say, ';Who's my daddy';. What if he has a medical problem and you need the father's medical history to help your baby. You don't even know who he is. You were in a relationship? Yes, you did have sex with a random guy, because you don't even know his real name - even after you got pregnant you didn't try to find his real name. It would be nice if you got your tubes tied when the baby is born. You don't seem to care about this child at all, just that no name willl pay. Shameful.
