SO ORDEREDI need legal advice on a foreclosure decision that was made
This is a judgment for unlawful detainer which is entered to allow the foreclosing Plaintiff to have the Sheriff physically eject the former owner if he should refuse to vacate after the foreclosure judgment is entered. Depending on local procedure -- the order may simply be routine in all foreclosures by this court.I need legal advice on a foreclosure decision that was made
And the question is? I will assume since you are posting this question that you where the defendant in this case? If that is the case, then it sounds like based upon the information you have posted, the Plaintiff was right on target, sorry to inform you; since the court will very rarely ever grant a plaintiff motion for SJ, unless maybe you failed to answer the complaint? Either way the plaintiff won and is entitled to possession and damages which seems to be about 1200 per month since Feb,
You were sued by the mortgage holder for unlawfully detaining the property (living in the house without paying the mortgage), and the court allows the plaintiff (the mortgage co.) to collect twice the mortgage payment per month until they sell the house at auction.

So, is your home up for sale? Short sale?

Best of luck!
Someone owes $1,214.56 to the landlord. The tenant will keep adding to this unless they get out. /
Why are you yelling? Take your keys off all caps for heavens sake.
