Military PCS Overseas Need Legal Advice?

If I move overseas due to military orders and cannot take my vehicle, does the bank take the car and the loan is no longer due? Please help as I have orders pending for my leave in July. Thanks!Military PCS Overseas Need Legal Advice?
if you willingly give back your vehicle its considered a voluntary repossession...you will be legally responsible for whatever is left over after the bank resells the car...you're best bet is to try to sell the car outright or leave it with family...Military PCS Overseas Need Legal Advice?
no. you are still obligated to pay on the car, you cannot just stop payments. if you allow them to foreclose, that goes on your credit and can bite you in the butt later on.

you are ALSO required to keep insurance on it( but not plates).
Why ask a bunch of yahoos? Go to your base legal office NOW.

I hope you don't ask yahoos when you have to make SERIOUS military decisions.
