Legal help? Would appreciate the answer to cover real legal advice.?

In the state of IN if someone committed a class D felony how harsh would the charge be? If they are under age, have a clean slate up to that point, and admit to the felony.

How great of a chance would community service be? How about fines?Legal help? Would appreciate the answer to cover real legal advice.?
If you are underage, I would say it will be less than this, but the statute says up to a $10,000 fine and 6 months to 3 years jail sentence.

It's not a good idea to ask for ';real legal advice'; in a free advice forum on the Internet. Even if someone answers you and claims to be a real lawyer, you'd have no idea if they were telling the truth or not.

People here are good for giving opinions, but the only way you'll get real legal advice is to see a real lawyer and pay real money for it.

Sorry.
You really need to hire yourself a criminal lawyer in your area. This isn't a good place to get specific legal advice.
