okay so CPS just took my kids but i feel it was under false accualsations. how do i go about getting my kids back..? and what should i do?I need legal advice from someone who knows what they are talking about?
I would contact an attorney. The most important thing you can do is comply with CPS and jump through the hoops they tell you to. They don't remove children from homes unless they feel there is a real need for health and safety of the children. If CPS took your kids because of neglect in the behaved of the kids. Get you a lawyer, continue to stay in contact with the cps unit, do all they ask you to do. Have friends and family write you letters, concerning your relationship with your children's. If its something you feel you was wrongfully accuse, you should be able to win the case.
find out what the accusations are (they have to tell you) then contact a lawyer.

You need to contact a family law attorney. Don't take advice from people on here ,this is a serious issue and you wouldn't want to make a bad decision based on some wrong advice. Good luck- this is awful, I hope you get your kids back.
i would definitely get a lawyer for this one. sorry this happened to you. the best way to go about it though is with a lawyer, then maybe your voice will be heard. i'm sure many parent's say this, and by having a lawyer it will show that you are serious about it. good luck.
