there is evidence of physical child abuse of my wifes two children from a previous relationship, and he has custody of them. they had a boot mark on there neck, the school took pictures and called the police, but now there saying, the police and child protective services, say there is not enough evidence to take the kids away from him.anybody know what my wife can do without getting arrested?Any body know where i can get free legal advice about what i should do about something?
Contact the state attorney generals office. I witnessed a CSP of minor and I'm a Federal Agent...if it would not of been for my testimony the offender could of easily walked. Sorry but untill you have evedence you are stuck maybe if you can get the children to talk then you'll have a slim chance but I am sure that the authorities will keep their eyes out for anything that will be able to prove your aligations esspecialy the school so my advice is if those childeren are being abuse then you nedd to get ready because as soon as they realize that you arent lying and the chilideren are in danger they will bring the children right to you both if they feel it is safe there and they will be taken care of
