Federal inmate has information regarding serious stock fraud. Wants to use information to negotiate house arrest until information is corroborated and then negotiate release and immunity. If they have probative information they should approach the prosecuting attorney hopefully through their attorney, if they do not have an attorney then during consultation they can offer the information for a better deal.~
