Looking for legal advice: Employer gives checks that are not from accounts with sufficient funds...?

Numerous times, numerous employees receive paychecks without being able to cash or deposit them without incurring trouble due to insufficient funds in the employers accounts, what can be the solution to being paid ON TIME and actually being able to cash or deposit a check without incurring service charges for returned checks, not being able to cash the check etc.??Looking for legal advice: Employer gives checks that are not from accounts with sufficient funds...?
maybe you should turn them in, it dont seem legal to meLooking for legal advice: Employer gives checks that are not from accounts with sufficient funds...?
So the employer is handing out bad pay checks to employees? IS that what I am reading? The best solution, don't work their anymore. Find another legit company. By law an employee who works is to be paid on time. There is no excuse and cannot receive a pay check that comes back insufficient funds when employee attempts to cash it. It does not matter where you cash it%26gt; You are not held liable for incurring fees as an employee. The employer is. They are causing you to be working for free if you cannot receive a pay check because of their poor budgeting. Is it a legit company?

The only solution to the employer is that he budgets their money right. They are obviously not. Spending more than what they need to live with in their means. So, they can cut employees down to what they can afford. Or create a budget plan for business expense that does not go over employee pay budget costs. Set aside for two separate business bank accounts. One for employees and one for business expense. This way, both do not risk coinciding with each other causing this problem. This business needs to be put out of their own misery. It's going to haunt them by law suits after law suits. I would not even work here if I found this.

Get an employment law attorney and sue the crap out of them. This is against employee rights work laws. !!!!!!!!!!!!

Check your local legal aid office report this and they will guide you. This is a national law not just by state.
My girlfriend has this same problem. To avoid the possibility of fees you have to cash the check at the bank that it is drawn from. Getting paid in cash would be good to if you have that option. My last idea is that you take over the accounting for your company and fire whoever can't keep track of how much money should be in each account.
