my husband an american citizen threthens me with taking my 9 month old son away. He brought me in to the country illegally thats why i cant get citizenship unless the law changes. Im desperate !!! he treats me bad and i cant leave i dont have any money or a job or anywhere to go. He says that if we go to court he would get the baby .
