Im doing research at university and need clarification on two things regarding new gambling laws in singapore.


1:If the activity of an online lottery or gambling is to be conducted offshore(not in Singapore) will promotional activities in Singapore be legally permitted?


2:The advertisements and/or lotterry or gambling activity will be conducted mainly online but are paper based promotions (such as in newspapers and other publications) legally permitted?

1. Any gambling activities at offshore, so long it's not within the boundaries of Singapore (including the sea and islands), then it's not bind by the Singapore law.


2. Not so understand your second question, you meant advertisement mainly online or in new papers?
