I am tired of being employee, so want to open a restaurant in Tamilnadu (Nagercoil). I have enough money to start with well setup to offer best quality foods and services to the customer. But, I am not aware of legal formalities, such as registration, approval from various government department, etc鈥?Could you please share your knowledge?Is there anyone to advice me about legal formalities to start a restaurant in Tamil Nadu?
1. Get a municipal license for restaurant business .Go to Nagercoil office and enquire
2. Get a health certificate from same corporation
3. Get Police permission
