You will have to appear before a judge to be formally charged and ask to enter a plea of , guilty or not guilty. If you plead guilty the judge may let you off with time served, a fine %26amp; an ';education'; program that also will cost . You would proably be looking at hundreds of dollars. (maybe thousands). If you plead not guilty, the judge will give you a court date to present your case. Hopefully you will have lawyer by then. By all means seek the help of legal aid. Can't see what daylight savings time has to do with this. What do you mean ';fully tested';? If they gave you any testing, that's enough.
If they gave you no testing, that's enough, if the officer's testimony is convincing.
Get a lawyer. You really need one.
You must get an attorney who specializes in motor vehicle law immediately! Do not say anything to anyone except your attorney.
