Can anyone give me any legal advice about Legal Guardianship?

I have legal guardianship over my daughters son. The story gets really ugly but if you give me a chance to explain, I need legal advice. If you have any legal advice that you can give me please e-mail me at: nsalgado7777@hotmail.com. I'm so scared she's going to end up taking him away if I don't do something to protect myself now.Can anyone give me any legal advice about Legal Guardianship?
Legal guardians have pretty much total power over a child, just like a parent does, as long as the parent is not around.

If the parent is around, the guardian has no power at all.

Exceptions are if parental rights have been terminated or restricted by a court. If your daughter has not had any parental rights restricted or removed by a court, she can do whatever she likes since he is her son.

If your daughter has questionable parenting skills or is neglectful or whatever, have a friend make an anonymous CPS report. As the legal guardian, you'd be the first person the child would be placed with if CPS doesn't allow him to stay with Mom or Dad.

Feel free to email me if you have a specific scenario you'd like to discuss.
